If you are a properly certified referee, please use the links below to sign up for referee
matches. Type in your name next to the match you are available to do, and when you
have been approved by the Referee Admin crew we will change your name to green. If
you are looking to become a referee, please go to “How to Sign-up to Ref”

Referee Booth Volunteers - Google Sheets
MAINTAINING THE REFEREE BOOTH
Volunteer Points (Not Referee Points)- 1 point per hour
Duties:
1) Make sure referees initial on the clipboard next to their name, upon arrival. If a referee says they will not be able to fulfill an assignment, cross their name out and let a board member know.
2) Receive and review game cards when turned in. Make sure the cards are dated, the referees names are visible & legible on the back, and there is a clear final score- then staple the cards together, and put in the game card container. Note that the game card has been received.
3) Make sure water/snacks are available to refs during the day. If there are more than 1 volunteers at the booth, please take water to the referees currently on games.
4) Pass out flags, ref gear, game cards etc. to those who need them. Mark down who checks out the flags, so we can make sure they are returned.
If applicable:
1) Setting up the Referee Booth at the start of the day- Bring out the referee gear, water, ice, snacks, a few extra jerseys, the stapler, and make sure we have enough game cards for the day.
2) Closing the Referee Booth at the end of the day- Track down any outstanding flags and game cards. Return referee gear/waters/snacks to the bin.
